GROWN 'N GROOVIN'
Whether you've never danced a day in your life or you've studied dance for many years, Grooves Unlimited is a place for Adult Groover to let loose.
We know what it's like to be grown and looking to move and groove...
(but not with the kiddos)!
At Grooves Unlimited, we provide a fun, welcoming and supportive environment with teachers who hype you up as you strive to achieve your personal goals.
Known for our fun, cutting edge Hip-Hop classes, Groovers hone their coordination and musicality to today’s new school music as they warm up with isolations/cardio exercises and focus on building their strength and stamina. Groovers learn fast-paced, high energy and complex movement combinations in their choreography. With roots in Popping, Locking, Breaking and House, this class hosts an electrifying fusion of Old School and New School that our dancers can’t get enough of. Open to Adult Groovers ages 18+ of all levels.
Groovers develop their coordination, rhythmic understanding and musicality in an upbeat and supportive environment, learning the technique and history of Rhythm Tap, with emphasis on musicality through warm-ups, time-steps, historical choreography, original choreography, and improvisation. Tap dance, an American art form and a part of the Jazz music tradition, has a technique and history that our Groovers develop a passion for. Open to Adult Groovers ages 18+.
In our Heels class you will learn fun, sexy moves where ladies can get in touch with their feminine side! Open to all levels, Heels Dance Class works on improving your balance, grace, and sassiness while wearing heels you can groove in (if you choose). We will work on stretching, movement across the floor, and learn a hot routine for your enjoyment to the hottest hits in music! Open to Adult Groovers ages 18+.
